Meet Nicola Spengos
I am the embodiment of “The Exhausted Parent.” Juggling a career while embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood, and even tackling household chores in every imaginable way, my journey has been a whirlwind of multitasking and memorable moments.
As a British native who found a new home and identity in the United States, I deeply understand the sense of dislocation and the longing for that familial 'village'. While the proverb reminds us that it "takes a village" to raise a child, the question arises - where is our village in today's fast-paced world?
This realization, coupled with personal experiences and a burning desire to support others, paved the way for “The Exhausted Parent.” Our mission is to simplify life for exhausted parents everywhere!
